Some build towers and some fall to their knees. The concept of building towers to heaven didn't die when Babel fell. Today, many build the list of good works to heaven. Many plan to buy their way to heaven. Many through religious tradition plan to reach heaven. The truth being that man makes towers that crumble. Only those who fall to their knees and cry out for forgiveness, will inherit the kingdom of God. John 3:3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
Dear Lord,
I admit that I am a sinner. I have done many things that don’t please you. I have lived my life for myself. I am sorry and I repent. I ask you to forgive me. I believe that you died on the cross for me, to save me. You did what I could not do for myself. I come to you now and ask you to take control of my life, I give it to you.
